Cyber Security Operation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implementing cybersecurity controls on the various components and devices of The Group’s technical network and activating security event recording settings.
• Activating and operating necessary central systems and tools specialized in collecting and recording events on The Group’s network, programs and devices, ensuring their effectiveness and analyzing these records with high efficiency.
• Linking event logs on various devices together to obtain a real assessment of any cybersecurity incident.
• Monitoring activities and logs of events recorded on The Group’s various devices and applications and data traffic through the network to ensure early detection of any cyber threats and take measures to reduce their impact on the business and users of The Group’s systems and applications.
• Reporting, working and continuing follow-up with the various technical departments in The Group to close any gaps or security incidents that appear on the analysis and monitoring systems.
• Creating and designing real-time monitoring screens to evaluate cybersecurity in The Group.
• Activating alert tools via email, text messages, etc. to increase efficiency in dealing with cybersecurity incidents.
• Contributing to emergency plans and business continuity programs regarding risks associated with cybersecurity.
• Commitment to maintaining, storing and archiving records of events according to The Group policies.

Requirements:

• A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.
• 5-7 years of work experience with security operation, monitoring, detection, incident response.  
• Familiarity with industry security standard and Frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST and regulatory compliance.
• Must have “hands-on” technical experience with SIEM, Network Detection & Response (NDR), Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions, Vulnerability Assessment tools (Certificates required).
